Ford dealerships near me (Travelers Rest, SC)

Called and left me a very nice message and I haven't called back yet but I gave 4 stars because they were very pleasant in their message.

We loved our car buying experience with stott’s ford. They really go above and beyond and do not cut any corners. They had my car detailed and delivered it and it exceeded my expectations.

First of all i had talked to a Nate on phone to come in the next day to look at that Exp. So when i come in the next day the car was not brought out or cleaned up! Chip bags on the floor paper and crumbs on floor, filthy! Also the sales man who filled in for Nate,(Nate was out for some reason) didnt even know how to adjust 2nd row to get to the third row,he had to ask for help (wasting my time). Also i didnt like the fact that he wanted to take me back to (get information) from me just to look at a car! Really? Is that really necessary,just to LOOK at a car? I was very dissappointed with that experience. May not come back ever!!!

This was a telephonic conversation at which time all questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Well, let’s just say they do everything they can to sell the truck but after they sell the truck, they have zero communication. They gave me another person‘s paperwork and gave mine to another person and still have not sent me my correct paperwork so I would highly recommend not going to Parks Ford of Hendersonville.

I did wind up spending a lot of time at the dealership. But rather than that , it was decent it , the staff were really friendly helpful
