I had a wonderful experience at Ripley & Fletcher. I scheduled a test drive with Liz, Randy was the salesman that took me out on the road and answered questions, and made me feel welcome. Joe and I went back and forth on pricing and we came to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Tracy worked with me on financing options. I did panic when it came down to the actual purchase and left with buying, I never once felt pressured, everyone was so incredibly nice. Car not ready for sale. Dealer wouldn't accept cash. Asked me repeatedly to give my personal private information to them even though I was approved prior to for low interest financing. Car has not ready for sale sticker on dash and non working blinker and check engine light on. Salesman Pushy!. Buying from another dealer.
