Ford dealerships near me (Springfield, MO)

I was very disappointed in the Corwin Dealership. - the pictures showed the F150 with a bed cover - I confirmed with the dealership that the truck came with a bedcover - I wired the agreed upon price - when I arrived 2 days later I was told the truck was not ready as the bed was dirty - they brought the truck out; I noted no bed cover; they feigned confusion - was told it was broken and they could only offer me the cost of bedliner $400; the price per ford website for the same bedliner was $1400 plus install - after driving 3 hours to dealership after money had been there 2 days they up the compensation to $500 and threatened to undo the deal if not accepted; which would waste a total of 9 hours time - title just came and no $500 I would not recommend this dealership as management is deceptive Done!

My experience was top notch. I had called in to see if the truck was still there. Sean said it was and would have it ready for me to view. (I live about 30 minutes away) Another salesman was about to show it and Sean notified them I was on my way to see it. They could have easily sold the truck before I got there and i could have gotten there and decided to not buy it. The process was easy and finance was not pushy at all. Would buy from them again.

Great service

Had a great experience with the Rocky the salesman. Really seems enthusiastic about his job unlike his co-workers, HOWEVER. After purchasing the vehicle, They havent been the best with communication and follow through service ever since. Had a few minor issues with the car and they just kept saying they would call back...never did.

Was an enjoyable experience buying from this dealership. Would recommend!
