Communication was horrible. After they ran numbers and I told them what I want they never responded back to me!!

I inquired about a truck late at night and they responded first thing the next morning about setting up an appointment to see the truck. The problem is on my end, the truck is in Oklahoma and I live in Colorado.

My Salesman was honest and made the process go smoothly. He listened and didn't pressure us or try to talk the vehicle up when we mentioned things we didn’t like.

Experience was pretty good until we gave them the cashiers check and got ready to take possession of the vehicle. They waited until this point to tell us that the vehicle only had one key fob and they wouldn’t make us another one because of how expensive they were to make. We had to spend hundreds of dollars through a locksmith to have a backup fob made.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ram 2500 from this dealership. Overall, I am satisfied with the truck itself; however, my experience with service and communication was disappointing. At the time of purchase, it was agreed that the dealership would inspect and address a leak under the transmission and complete an alignment. The process was delayed, and I had to repeatedly follow up to ensure the work was being done. I dropped the truck off with a full tank of diesel, and when I picked it up, it was below three-quarters despite being told it would be topped off. When I asked for details about the repairs, I was told they did not have clear information on what work had been performed and could not provide documentation. I was also told I would receive a follow-up the next day, which never happened. Even after the alignment, the truck still pulls slightly to the right, raising concerns about whether the issue was fully resolved. I will say Mr. Carlos did honor his commitments

I drove 2 hours to look at this used 2023 Ford F-150 XLT. I met with the salesman & test drove it. It drove good as usual, but when I got back I noticed the passenger door had been keyed. Upon bringing attention to the salesman/manager on shift, they said “it didn’t have that when we got it here, it must have happened in the parking lot” So upon hearing this I went on their website to see the initial pictures & sure enough it’s in the pictures if you zoom in far enough. Being blatantly lied to isn’t a good way to sell a vehicle. I get it’s a used vehicle with 35,000 miles but being lied straight to your face is some serious crap! I ended up taking my business elsewhere to say the least.

Car was listed on car guru at 6995 I took a picture of the screen with vin#. Vance sent same van same vin for 9500. Two hours later the price was changed in car guru to 9500. I am very uncomfortable doing business with such practices

Our experience was so great staff was absolutely wonderful. Will tell our family and friends to go see them.
