Ford dealerships near me (San Antonio, TX)

They refused or were just incompetent to provide me with my interest rate that I was already approved for by RBFCU. And made my husband wait almost an hour without taking him they were having a co meeting! So rude!!! Why does that?!? Horrible communication.

The buying experience through McCombs Ford West was absolutely terrible. Starting with the salesman who literally said “the numbers have to go somewhere” but couldn’t actually tell me what I was paying for or what were the figures that the sales price was comprised of. When confronted about an $800 prove discrepancy from sticker to sales sheet the sales manager refused to allow me to see the breakdown. Ultimately ended up not finalizing a sale with the dealership due to lack of transparency and shady dealings. They also didn’t like it when I presented them with the math (using their numbers) to show that they were trying to charge an extra $500-800. Worst buying experience ever, with zero customer consideration. I went to another reputable San Antonio dealer and got the exact same deal at the right price. Don’t waste your time at McCombs Ford West.

was sent a video and out-the-door pricing plus manager follow-up. vin check showed vehicle involved in accident. decided to not pursue purchase.

Kaitlyn was very fast and punctual with all information and vehicle.

The Experience was perfect and the treatment was excellent.

Did not go. Online price was 20k different than the price they told me. It was 20k higher than Han online listed price.

It was a easy experience i ended up with the truck I wanted

Great buying experience. Second purchase from this dealer. Will go back again.

Staff was helpful. Financing helped me. Porter could do a better job of cleaning vehicles. Took longer than usual. Bought the truck
