Ford dealerships near me (San Antonio, TX)

They refused or were just incompetent to provide me with my interest rate that I was already approved for by RBFCU. And made my husband wait almost an hour without taking him they were having a co meeting! So rude!!! Why does that?!? Horrible communication.

Typically "used car" salesmen mentally. YouTube the sales badger and while they are funny videos, it is exactly what you will be dealing with at that dealership. The Salesman was very rude, talked over me, and thought it was a laughing matter. Very unprofessional

The buying experience through McCombs Ford West was absolutely terrible. Starting with the salesman who literally said “the numbers have to go somewhere” but couldn’t actually tell me what I was paying for or what were the figures that the sales price was comprised of. When confronted about an $800 prove discrepancy from sticker to sales sheet the sales manager refused to allow me to see the breakdown. Ultimately ended up not finalizing a sale with the dealership due to lack of transparency and shady dealings. They also didn’t like it when I presented them with the math (using their numbers) to show that they were trying to charge an extra $500-800. Worst buying experience ever, with zero customer consideration. I went to another reputable San Antonio dealer and got the exact same deal at the right price. Don’t waste your time at McCombs Ford West.

Terrible. Advertised low price with amount off then added thousands back in dumb add ons that they said couldn’t be removed. I took my business somewhere else.
