Very responsive, professional

Greg is a good face for the Woolwine Ford Lincoln company. He has and continues to go out of his way for our truck buying experience. He drove from Collins, MS to Jackson, MS to pick me up at the airport to then buy the truck in Collins. He continues to support us for items discovered missing in the truck. However a few things to work on: We did not know or were not made aware of the fact the truck was used for commercial purposes. There is a ding on the passenger side windshield. There were no user manuals or maintenance performed record available (Greg is working on getting). There was a missing inside door handle plastic cover on the drivers side back seat position (Greg is working on getting). There is an occasional slight shimmy/vibration discovered while driving the 740 miles home back to WV. All the people we encountered at Woolwine were courteous, professional and helpful.

I was contacted by dealership and was given first choice of new Ford Maverick.
