Salesman lied to get me there. Truck was full of rust and in much worse shape than described. Went all the way as to set up the deal, drive 7 hours to the dealership to be told by the salesman Erik that he didn’t look that close, when I pointed out the rot showing through the paint on the cab. Wasted 15+ hours of my life for nothing. Read the reviews and seems service is trash there too. Watch out for this dealer.

They're advertising states they will meet or beat any competitors price. When I called with a price to match the response was that dealer must be using rebates and couldn't possibly lose that much money on a car. It was about an 8k difference. There wasn't even an offer to lower their price.

The dealer uses artificial intelligence salesmen to answer and screen calls. The AI did not know if the vehicle I wanted was in stock. The AI was not monitored by a person. By the time they got back to me I purchased elsewhere

I would consider this dealership my absolute last resort when it comes to purchasing a car. Throughout the process, I spoke with the sales representative and the sales manager, but no one could provide a clear and consistent update on the status of the car. It was a constant cycle of excuses regarding the car not being ready for a test drive and purchase. When I finally got the opportunity to purchase the car, I was shocked to find it in a totally dirty state. The car was filthy, and it wasn't even aligned properly. Two days later, I had to drive two hours back to the dealership to have it serviced again, and despite my complaints, they still did not clean the dirty car they had sold me. The steering wheel was so dirty that my hands felt sticky just touching it! I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering purchasing a car. This dealership’s service has been nothing short of frustrating!
