Horrible especially with the sales rep person Austin they gave me. Austin would keep sending credit app after credit app when I wouldn't ask for one.

Very accommodating.

Dealer was quick to respond and gave a reasonable offer.

I will not be buying a car from this location, spent an entire day driving there and back after talking on the phone for 2 days with them. I was under the impression that the vehicle was in good shape, upon arrival the vehicle clearly had issues. Something was wrong with the front end, the brakes, the sliding doors were not opening and closing correctly and they spray painted the side view mirror very poorly due to the paint chipping. When I expressed I was no longer interested, the sales man came back with an offer even higher than the price listed on car gurus???? I guess he thought he was giving me a deal, I see now why the van has been listed for months.
