Ford dealerships near me (Norwalk, CA)

Josh helped us and took us for two test drives. He was extremely helpful and worked very hard to negotiate a deal. We haven’t purchased yet but they are definitely worth considering. Norm Reeves ford was exceptional.

The staff(especially the manager) said they work with schools 1st ..they were lame and didnt have the correct information! I had to give them the information. I asked them to put the stuff through them ..they did not do it i asked 3 times ..they didn't like they wanted to do a trade in . The salesman was nice and I liked the car a bmw x3 2021..the salesman went to his .manager..they offered me a very low amount for my trade in..they did not contact my credit union like I asked

Great communication from all staff i interacted eith. They are amazing and so helpful. They secured financing and worked all kinds of deal for me to get me into the exact car I wanted with payments I could afford.

Reached out for over a week by email with no response. Stopped by dealership and discounted price was marked up through unnecessary dealer additions. LOjack/digital plate none of which were activated and dealer unwilling to remove from price. Complete waste of time.

Located in the worst part of downtown. Homeless encampments & trash!! The dealership was dirty & in need of a remodel. The vehicle smelled & was beat up!!
