Very disappointing experience. I was a serious buyer ready to purchase an F-250, yet I was promised a callback from a sales manager three separate times and nobody followed through. I even had to call them asking why I was chasing a dealership that supposedly wanted my business. We may not agree on price—that's business. But repeatedly failing to communicate is simply unprofessional. If communication is this poor before they have your money, it makes you wonder what happens after the sale.

It seems that all the car lots are advertising 1 really super great deal.... Sometimes maybe 2.. 2018 21,000 miles $27,000. Clean . runs great. The moment its listed I'm on their lot... Looking at it...Asking about it... First thing they say... Sorry it's sold. But let me show you this one.. And it is the same prices with 20 times the mileage on it and beat up... . This is an easy way to get some hopeful traffic.... As I circle back around to those lots.. The same trucks are still on them lots.. With a sold sticker on it. And they tell me . its waiting on an oil change and some detailing... LOL.. Scammers...

Drove 3 hours to pickup my car . When I got there they kept me waiting on the finance dept. for 4 hours. At nearly 11 pm they told me they couldn’t sell me the car because it was already sold. Mind you we agreed to a deal on the previous day.I was only there to pay for it and drive it home.We had to end up getting a hotel because we were too exhausted to drive home . They cost me $300 on gas and hotel. Don’t waist your time like they did mine.

The sales lady was very nice and tried her best to get the 2015 Explorer for me. Unfortunately they had just received it and hadn't inspected it yet. So I couldn't wait for it because I had to have it then. I appreciate that they didn't sell me a car that hadn't been looked over for problems. Most places would have.

Very professional and quick. Everything we went over by phone and text was accurate. No surprises. Dwayne was informative and quick to respond. A very enjoyable car buying experience.
