The sales lady was very nice and tried her best to get the 2015 Explorer for me. Unfortunately they had just received it and hadn't inspected it yet. So I couldn't wait for it because I had to have it then. I appreciate that they didn't sell me a car that hadn't been looked over for problems. Most places would have.

absolutely terrible experience. I was told a car I was interested in had already been sold. Then the very next day, I was contacted and told that if I came in right away, the car was still available. I informed them that I was on my way and even spent my own money on a Lyft to get there. When I arrived, Carlos told me that someone else had gotten there before me, but they were “running the numbers” and I still might be able to purchase the vehicle. I waited for nearly two hours with little to no communication. During that time, Carlos completely disappeared, and I eventually had to track down another salesperson just to speak with a manager. The manager then casually informed me that the car had already been sold. No apology, no concern for the fact that I had been told to come in, spent money on transportation, and sat there for hours waiting. It feels like they knew the vehicle was no longer available but kept me there anyway. communication, professionalism, and customer service 0/10
