A car was listed at $11,890 on their website. When we sat down after driving the car I was handed a sheet with the car listed at $11,890 + an MVP fee of $1495 (12.5% add on) and so the TTL was calculated from a total of $13,385. Seems like that MVP should have been listed in the asking price of the car on their website. The Total out-the-door cost they were asking for with a $450 doc fee was $15,327 on a car listed on the website at 11,890.

Worse dealer I’ve ever dealt with. They are basically harassing me with calls, emails and calls.

They responded but we are still in the market for a truck just haven’t found the right one yet.

I would never by a vehicle from this place. The finance guy Rump and salesman Erick lack communication skills drastically and have a I don’t care attitude especially Rump. I would never work with them again. I was never able to get in touch with him and speak to him and the salesman Erick would only communicate through text. I ended up buying from another dealership same type of vehicle different color because they would actually verbally communicate with me, they would actually return my phone calls and not by text, they actually show that they cared and you weren’t just another customer. I gave my money where I felt respected and appreciated me. If I can rate my experience a 0 I would.
