Ford dealerships near me (New London, NC)

My sales rep was Cam, he was a pleasure to work with and very fair. He was personable and answered every question I had. He was very patient in working with me during our negotiation process

I had a great experience. The staff was great Devon did and amazing job communicating with me. He got me approved within 30 min. Over all the car I got was what I wanted my only issue was it was not cleaned on the inside at all. It was really nasty I had to clean it myself. I know it was bought as is I expected the inside to be clean though.

Terrific experience. Kenny and Scott made it easy and enjoyable.

Great experience a total of 2 hrs on the lot and drove home in that time as well

They stayed in contact regular; just at this time, they didn't have the truck I was looking for.

very nice people, let me drive the vehicle around, there were no surprises, very good experience

Very disappointing experience. I was a serious buyer ready to purchase an F-250, yet I was promised a callback from a sales manager three separate times and nobody followed through. I even had to call them asking why I was chasing a dealership that supposedly wanted my business. We may not agree on price—that's business. But repeatedly failing to communicate is simply unprofessional. If communication is this poor before they have your money, it makes you wonder what happens after the sale.

Very professional and quick. Everything we went over by phone and text was accurate. No surprises. Dwayne was informative and quick to respond. A very enjoyable car buying experience.
