Salesperson very helpful. I live 100 miles from dealership so I have not looked at vehicle.

Helpful and gentle

Vehicle needed repair that should have been taken care of before offering for sale. They did step up to fix issues. All in all things worked out. Salesman was great. Financing was easy. They worked with us to get the deal done. Prep dept could be better but in all fairness todays cars are complicated. In the end I’m happy with the car and price and the overall experience

Sales manager said he would beat another Ford dealership of which he didn’t. He wasted my time. They were $6500 lower trade value compared to them. Total waste of my time

Zero stars, lots of spam emails that goes no where if you reply to them. Terrible customer service. Worst I’ve ever seen anywhere.

I sent an initial email inquiring about the vehicle and received a timely response. After 2 emails back/forth, I could not get a hold of my salesperson again. I tried emailing and calling for over a week in regards to the vehicle and kept getting passed around. Finally got a new person to help me out, and once they sent a quote - there was a $998 "VIP package" added to the vehicle that wasn't able to be negotiated, and the delivery fee was higher than advertised on Cargurus as well. The sales rep Angelique told me they are a "no hassle" dealer and aren't able to negotiate the MSRP of the vehicle nor take off the package, and that the delivery price on cargurus is not accurate and wouldn't match to the advertised price I had photos of. Overall, very unpleasant experience.
