We had a great experience at Sioux Falls Ford purchasing our new Ford Expedition. Matt was an excellent salesman—very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything. Dan in finance was just as great and made sure we understood every detail. Both stayed late to get the job done, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend Sioux Falls Ford!

Very poor customer service. Called the dealership to see if a specific vehicle was still available that was pictured on their website because we had a 2 hour drive to get there. The salesman assured me it was on the lot and that he would pull the keys, as there were 3 others interested. We drove to the dealership and that specific salesman was on another customer test drive, so another salesman stepped in. He reported the vehicle was in the shop for a recall on a sensor. Went into the shop and the vehicle's front end was totally removed and the interior was not ready for show( complete mess). The stepped in salesman wanted to sell us his brand of vehicle and talk about himself. Needless to say they did not make a sale. Highly disappointed. This was a total waste of our time.
