the toyota wa great, missing owner's manual and feel like they added an altm that was a dealer option. i said i didnt need the add on and they pushed the alatm on to my price. they never provided any info on the KARR alarm and not sure how it works . i reaches out but no response on alarm information

The condition of the car was not good. It drove a little rough and the hood had bird droppings on it, which deteriorated the paint. For the price they were asking they should’ve gone down or been willing to go down on the car a lot more.

Josh helped us and took us for two test drives. He was extremely helpful and worked very hard to negotiate a deal. We haven’t purchased yet but they are definitely worth considering. Norm Reeves ford was exceptional.

Overpriced for what it was. Unwilling to negotiate price. Tried to sneak in ridiculous add on. Persistent emails and calls. Go elsewhere

Great communication from all staff i interacted eith. They are amazing and so helpful. They secured financing and worked all kinds of deal for me to get me into the exact car I wanted with payments I could afford.
