He’s exactly the type of person you want selling you a car. I hope his management recognizes the value he brings to the dealership and to the car‑sales industry.

I came from a different state. I messaged them day before I arrive and said the car is ready to be viewed. I arrive there around 11am and the car "was spoken for". Wasted my time and resources to go see the car.
