Ford dealerships near me (Lancaster, TX)

Sale person Tarum lied - I already had an agreement to purchase a bronco at a different location Tarum said he could match it and the ronco they had on lot had less miles- I went and left the other deal. only to find out that that was NOT true that the vehicle would be matched at that price that he wrote and agreed on email. The Manager at this location was not a professional . He wanted to run my credit, even though I had already told them prior to go via email that I had a credit union loan approved and ready to go and they said that was OK. These ppl make money on financing-

I worked with Angel Sanchez and Nick Alvarez. They were both great and really easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I would recommend this dealer.

We got there and the salesman was brand new. 2nd day there. Went to drive the car it made a horrible noise when leaving. Went to back it in and made a hard jerk feeling. Went inside the sales manager asked how it was. Told him the issues and he wanted keep telling us it passed the inspection by mechanics. Then he and the salesman left for over 10 minutes so we left. I also don’t like these dealerships that have 30 salesman walking around like vulchers everywhere you look. Just wasn’t great service or atmosphere.

Dealing with Town East was very easy, they communicated with me well, where very polite and answered all of my questions promptly.

They play to many games here. Shop elsewhere. They are not transparent at all and will try to raise the price to add more profit.

Everyone was helpful. Finance person was not straight forward, finance people do what finance people do try to get you to commit to higher payments than necessary. After refusing to do deal they always somehow pull their/a “rabbit” out of the hat and tell you how much effort they had to do to get the deal done. This such a boring and tired way of doing business. He was the only glitch in the deal.

Everyone is responsive and polite. My only issue is list the real price online. Price when I called showed 40,900 real price after additional add-ons and fees 46-47k. List the real price it would save my time as well as the dealerships.

Hmthey had the vehicle I was looking for at a great price. Car buying experience was best I’ve ever had, very quick and efficient. Shout out to Shine my sales guy!

Worst treatment—will never visit this dealer again. I would rate this place a -1 if that were possible. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. Our sales representative showed no interest in helping us and barely interacted with us at all. We felt completely ignored and unappreciated as customers. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. When we attempted to negotiate, the sales representative showed no interest and simply told me to “have a great day.” I’m glad we walked away and chose not to give them our business.
