Ford dealerships near me (Lake Geneva, WI)

I bought the truck. Got a good deal on it.

I visited 2 different locations and both times was a waste of gas. I understand the nature of the business but ultimately no sale will ever be made if you aren’t listening to the customer. Pushing them into something they originally had no intention on seeing, not clean, outrageous price then turning around to help close another deal while leaving us outside wondering where you went in just unacceptable. I highly would NOT recommend any of there establishments.

The salesman was great. The vehicle had damage to the windshield that obviously made it illegal, yet they claimed it was legal. I expressed interest on Saturday but informed the salesman I had another truck to look at. We agreed he could send me info on the truck and contact me on Monday. On Monday he contacted me and I informed him the front windshield would have to be replaced before I would make the purchase. The dealership raised the price of the truck by $210 in response to my request. Needless to say, I did not purchase the truck.
