Contacted Honolulu Ford through Cargurus and email requesting an out the door price on a Ford Transit. I explained in the email that email would be the best form of communication due to my current work schedule. All I have been receiving is, we need more personal information to give you our best price! Or relayed messages via my other business to please call us, or my manager will reach out. All I wanted was an out the door price on a Ford Transit to make an informed decision to buy. Two other dealerships I have contacted via Cargurus from March 15th has provided me what I requested! Thank you! It is March 25, 2026 and I am about to get off another 6pm to 6am 12 hour shift and Honolulu Ford has still not provided me with the information I requested.
