Scheduled an appointment after sending dealer and offer and I was in contact with salesperson Cintia. Reached out the day before to confirm that the truck was available and that financing was available in my terms. Cintia and I went over down payment amount, rates and payments that would be available to me that I was happy with so Cintia confirmed my appt. Time and insured me that the truck would be on hold until I arrived(as it is a three hour drive) the next afternoon just an hour before my appointment and after driving for over 2 hours i was contacted by the dealership and told that they had sold the truck. I reached out to Cintia who confirmed that it had sold and offered nothing but excuses and apologies. Both wy wife and I lost a half day of work and drove over 2 hours only to return home with nothing. Very disappointing experience and waste of time.

It was an enquiry. Charles Washington was very responsive, sent pictures and a video and followed up. Ended up purchasing in Houston, a little closer to me.

Never got back with me to let me know car was sold. It would’ve been nice to get some form of notification that the vehicle was sold and see if there was any other vehicle they could help me find.

Staff was hurried and busy. Very nonchalant with our time

The check engine light came on during drive and they still tried to sell me the car. Horrible experience

Dealership was very responsive to my vehicle purchase inquiry. I would visit their dealership again.

Everyone is responsive and polite. My only issue is list the real price online. Price when I called showed 40,900 real price after additional add-ons and fees 46-47k. List the real price it would save my time as well as the dealerships.
