Called a few times we touch base but car was only 2 wheel drive I needed 4

We were working a deal since Christmas Day. In fact I had an appt and no one showed. After a week of pursing my financing they sold it out from under me . They are not fair they have bad business ethics and are very dishonest!

Top Notch experience. Bought a used car that was low dollar value and was treated with the same respect and care. Impressive inspection process and upfront communication on what issues were found and repaired helped me feel better about my used car purchase.

I expressed I wanted everything my 2020 Ford Edge SEL currently had and did not want to lose any functions I currently had. I did lose automatic navigation in the 2024 Ford Edge Titanium, it is only available through Android Auto or Apple Carplay. The dealership was very busy upon our arrival so John the salesman I had spoke to wasn't available so Dennis was asked to fill in for John. After the purchase we noticed the gas tank had not been filled up it was 3/4 full, but we were tired. I did not go back in to make that request, as John was not there any longer and Dennis was tired also. Rahim the Finance Manager was very helpful during the process. I would recommend the dealership even though I am disappointed in the lack of a few items in my new Ford Edge Titanium for that reason I can not give 5 stars because there is false advertising on the navigation system on the sync 4a video, for Ford Edge, it can not be activated on my vehicle.

Friendly and respectful of my time, gave me good amount of information to help with my decision.
