Ford dealerships near me (Galax, VA)

Great team experience, but the vehicle wasn't as advertised. This was no fault of the sales team; it was found after I had inquired about the vehicle and we didn't get a chance to communicate before I arrived. I will def be back for another vehicle.

I reached out to get more pictures as they did not have them updated yet. The sales person, TiLeigh said she would get them to me, but never did. I even asked a 2nd time. I am still interested, but need to see real pictures before making the 2 hour drive.

Saleslady told me the vehicle was available and I went immediately to look at it. On arrival she told me it was sold then proceeded to try and sell a different one. Deceitful tactics.
