Ford dealerships near me (Fayetteville, GA)

I just lost 7 hours of my day and took time away from work to drive through ATL traffic twice from TN. I am a disabled combat vet and hate dealing with drama. To avoid this I texted (back and forth this morning), called them (talked to a real person who affirmed it was on the lot and provided me with current carfax via text with link), and I left work to drive directly to the dealership. I arrive and talk to the gentleman I was directed to......."that was sold yesterday" pointed to a bald headed gentleman "he sold it". Why wasn't it updated? Why would so many people not check? In parting, "the rest of our used stuff is over here". My only hassle today was going to be waiting for Wire transfer from my checking to pay the vehicle in full from my USAA account (Mil/Veteran bank so no local branches). I hope no one else has the same experience. I really just wanted to drive home in the truck I discussed and corresponded about on the way to the lot.

Great experience with sales staff, very pleasant to work with. Could use a little help in finance dept, over all great people.

Great Communication

I made an agreement with them and gave them my credit card to process a deposit. They agreed on a price and had me fill out an application which was approved. I'm 5 hours away and planned to come down there Monday to pickup. All of a sudden nobody will return my calls. I called over and over til someone answered and told me they sold the car hours after I gave them a deposit. The sales manager didn't have the courtesy to be professional and call me. Obviously he knew what he did was unprofessional. I would stay far away from these people! They also advertised a price then added $1k onto the advertised price. These people should be ashamed!

I LOVED working with them! I actually bought from them because I loved their customer service from day 1. They were very informative through texts and emails. They were friendly and knowledgeable walking in the door. And my salesman along with the finisher in finance were both amazing.
