Called and left me a very nice message and I haven't called back yet but I gave 4 stars because they were very pleasant in their message.

They let me know car was sold.

This was a telephonic conversation at which time all questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Drove 2 hours to pick a vehicle they advised they would hold for me however they sold the vehicle and tried placing me in a vehicle that was no where close to the original vehicle I originally wanted. Would not refer anyone or go back.

Super helpful with everything I asked of . Probably the fastest I was ever able to buy a car . Def recommend them even if you have bad credit they will help you !

Well, let’s just say they do everything they can to sell the truck but after they sell the truck, they have zero communication. They gave me another person‘s paperwork and gave mine to another person and still have not sent me my correct paperwork so I would highly recommend not going to Parks Ford of Hendersonville.
