Empire Management are very dishonest. They add $8,000 to the price. $1,695 to Prep wash the vehicle; $695.00 Officer Christmas Bonus general ledger account or Dealership general ledger expenses; $145.00 tacked on to act as Department of Motor Vehicle and process the DMV Charges; and add 4-$5,000.00 to the price to punish me for not Financing with them/their bank and wanting to pay with a Certified Bank Check.

Came down from Cincinnati.. So glad they were not the only dealer to have type of vehicle I wanted. They wanted a premium price when I arrived the cars paint was awful. On top of that they have crazy fees pretty much add $3,000 dollars to whatever you think you’re going to pay. They play it off as that’s what everyone does and that is not the truth. I would not recommend wasting your time with this dealership like I did.

Called them to be sure the vehicle was still available, as I was coming from western Massachusetts to purchase this Lincoln with guaranteed financing located out on Long Island, NY….there was no answer….left them a detailed message with all my contact information……Never Got a Return Call, and as of the time I wrote this review the car was still in their online inventory…..guess they didn’t need the sale.

I spent a week trying to buy a vehicle that I had a deposit on and had approval to buy with CapitalOne, just to be told that I was going to need to put more down after $8,000 was the deposit amount.

Very friendly and upfront. No gimmicks!
