Ben Tess my salesman did a great job going over the vehicles options and sending me pictures and a video.

All was good, except asked on tire condition, was told they were good , car was delivered and tires needed to be replaced right away. Little disappointed.

Took a while to get a viable answer when it would be ready. I found another vehicle.

Transparency from a sales staff member was lacking in a big way. When asked about the time the vehicle had been on the lot the truth was not provided. The photos online were not an accurate representation of the vehicles condition upon arrival as the vehicle had appeared to sustain damage while in the dealers possession that was not disclosed by sales staff. When brought to a staff members attention, the dealership stated they would repair the vehicle. However, the damage should have been disclosed and not discovered after a test drive.
