This was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I have ever had. As a serious out-of-town buyer, it took 3–4 messages through the car sales platform just to get someone to acknowledge my interest in the vehicle. Unfortunately, that set the tone. Calls went to voicemail, messages weren’t returned, and I repeatedly had to initiate contact just to get an update. Even specific instructions I gave regarding my application were not followed. Eventually, communication stopped completely. To this day, no one from Kightlinger Motors has called to explain what happened. I was simply left in the dark. For a family-owned dealership that prides itself on service, I expected much better. I hope someone in ownership or management looks into what happened and reaches out, because I would still like to know myself.

The staff were all great. Very friendly and not pushy. The finance process is always painful. The only thing I found disappointing was the final car detailing. Granted we bought a used car on the same day as going but the vehicle still had crumbs and someone's chewed up eye glasses under the seat and the cabin filter on the vehicle was FILTHY. The air frshener used is overpowered and still cannot find the source to remove it. Small details matter. The price was fair. Go see Zach.
