This was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I have ever had. As a serious out-of-town buyer, it took 3–4 messages through the car sales platform just to get someone to acknowledge my interest in the vehicle. Unfortunately, that set the tone. Calls went to voicemail, messages weren’t returned, and I repeatedly had to initiate contact just to get an update. Even specific instructions I gave regarding my application were not followed. Eventually, communication stopped completely. To this day, no one from Kightlinger Motors has called to explain what happened. I was simply left in the dark. For a family-owned dealership that prides itself on service, I expected much better. I hope someone in ownership or management looks into what happened and reaches out, because I would still like to know myself.

Price changed when we arrrived and we were told it was due to an issue with a glitch in the cargurus website not the way they listed the vehicle. All computer input runs Garbage in garbage out. They fed us a trade in assistance sceme but REFUSED to give us an ACTUAL VALUE for our trade-in. The vehicle had been on their lot for near 100 days and the sales man claimed to be unaware of the missing spare tire cover. They were expecting premium price for a vehicle with a 4" X 3' scuff down the passenger side. The scuff could easily have been buffed out without major expense. Will I ever attemp to deal with them in the future ABSOLUTELY NOT.
