Ford dealerships near me (Concord, NC)

Sales manager said he would beat another Ford dealership of which he didn’t. He wasted my time. They were $6500 lower trade value compared to them. Total waste of my time

They where quick to put out information and kind to there customers

I never had someone ask me for my registration just to tell me what my trade in value was. I emailed it and never heard back from the sales person. Also, the car was a buy back. I live 40 min away from the dealership I feel like I should’ve been told it was a buy back and what that means before driving there. I also just wasn’t too fond of the sales rep in general.

The web support team was very responsive

Vehicle needed repair that should have been taken care of before offering for sale. They did step up to fix issues. All in all things worked out. Salesman was great. Financing was easy. They worked with us to get the deal done. Prep dept could be better but in all fairness todays cars are complicated. In the end I’m happy with the car and price and the overall experience

For me, everyone there was great to work with. Although it is a Ford dealership, some of their staff was quite knowledgable of Corvettes. The '03 I purchased was better than new and even better than some of the late model Corvettes I have owned.

I usually try to be positive and find the best in people, but this was the worst business experience I have ever experienced. The staff lied several times throughout the process and then sold the car out from under us while we were setting up a time to come to buy it. Then, they pressed us to buy a more expensive car. The worst part was how the manager spoke to my wife, very rude, dismissive, and condescending. We will never have dealings with this dealership again. Ever.
