Contacted the dealer and spoke to Brandon, asked if they negotiate pricing and he said yes and are offering high for trade in vehicles. Went to the dealer, they offered the lowest KBB trade and was only willing to drop the price a couple hundred dollars (this was on a $45,600 car that's sat on their lot for almost 4 months). Left, reached out the next day and offered $44k and was told the best they can do is $45,200. Then the next day was told that it sold. As if the price was fair after all and it sold right away. Fast forward two weeks later and it's still for sale and down to $44k. Now they've lost my business and hopefully yours too if you're reading this.

Would like to have been told the vehicle we went to see was not available immediately instead of getting a sales pitch

Bought this vehicle on a rainy day the wipers barely worked needed to be changed and only had a quarter tank of gas. I asked salesman who said in used cars 5 gallons is all they put, never mentioned wipers as we test drive it and stayed wipers are bad. They seem cheap would not buy again from this dealer. Car was dirty inside and they claimed it was detailed.
