Ford dealerships near me (Castle Rock, CO)

Horrible experience!! I intended to purchase a particular vehicle from this dealership. I found it online on a Sat., clicked on the option to finance, completed forms online, then clicked on the option to make an appt. Dealership is a 2 hour drive from where I live, and so I made an appt. for that Mon. morning to drive to dealership to finalize the purchase. I contacted my Credit Union and got pre-approved for financing from them as well, just to make sure I would get the lowest APR% on financing. I was contacted by email from the dealership on Sun., and they confirmed my appointment and my intent to purchase the vehicle. I left home early Mon. morning to drive the 2 hours to the dealership for my appt. After driving for more than one hour, I received a call from the dealership and they said the vehicle had been sold on Saturday!! I was only interested to purchase that particular vehicle, and they should have let me know sooner that the vehicle was not available!! Horrible! Avoid them!

Awful experience. I was told I could test drive the car only to be told once I got there that it was still under inspection and they didn't have access to the keys. Such a waste of time!

Had a great experience at the dealership.

One of the sales people refused to contact me through the professional channels.. I did not appreciate him having my phone number in his personal phone.

No Idea they never responded to any of my questions or contacted me back in any way.

I wouldn't reccomend if out of state.

Salesman, Henry Menard was great! Even delivered vehicle to me in Oberlin, Ks. Fully explained paperwork and the operation of vehicle.

Jazz was helpful, straightforward, knowledgeable and no pressure. Would easily work with him again Very pleased with my new truck

Andrew was outstanding, we went up to Colorado Springs to test drive a Range Rover at a near by dealership and when we were done we weren't blown away so we stopped in a Lincoln to see what they had and we were blown away! He pulled a Nautilus out of the show room jumped in the back and said lets go! Showed us all the features and capabilities, and when wife was done driving it she looked at me and said this is the one! So I wanted a Range she wanted a Nautilus we compromised and we are getting a Nautilus. Andrew saved the best for last and upon returning to the dealership showed us rejuvenation mode and it was unreal. Stop in ask for Andrew!
