Ford dealerships near me (Bountiful, UT)

Very communicative. I just am starting looking for a car so I’m not ready to commit yet. They were helpful and willing to show me what I wanted.

I spoke the salesman (wil) I think was his name, I send the pictures of my truck on Friday afternoon, so he told me he would be in touch with me first thing Saturday morning, he never called me back, I finally got in touch with him late that evening and he sold it to someone else, I ask him why did you not call me first and his responds was that I never made a down payment . I will NOT EVER call on you guys again and PLEASE do LIKE wise. A PISS POOR DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!

I was a helpful experience.

The salesman i was dealing with had an emergency, but Anthony took care of us well. The only issues were a "star" on the windshield and inaccurate mileage in the advertisement, both of which were taken care of before we left. Good experience.

The worst I have ever been treated. They made a deal and then went back on it, saying it was already sold.
