Helpful, but took a long time to respond. The vehicle was listed with some wrong information, but the salesman was honest about it.

The day I called they said it was there come on in. I drove there it was 20mins. not bad at all. I get there they say o we just sold it and the guy who I talked to took the rest of the day off before I got there. So 2 things tell me its there then the guy takes off when he tells me to come in. Yeah terrible service. Also the next day they call me. Say the buyer didnt buy. Would like to come see the truck. Lol what b.s are they pulling.

The salesman Justin and Mrs Cottle went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend to anyone to purchase an automobile at All Star Ford - Kilgore.

The dealership said that they had one dealer add-on that was mandatory. It was a protection plan that covered for 60 months. I was ok with that because I would have coverage longer than the factory warranty. When I entered the finance office to complete the deal, the finance manager asked me to consider a warranty. I said I thought that's what the $2495 add-on was. He said that was paint protection. I said I'm not paying $2495 for paint protection. He said it was non-negotiable. I canceled the transaction. The dealership advertises a vehicle at a really great price and then has mandatory charges for things like a "paint protection plan" to get up to the price they really want for it. I subsequently finalized a deal with another dealership that was transparent with their pricing. I have to say it was a refreshing change from the deceitful practices of Peltier Ford.

Blew us off and told us there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even run our credit through other creditors…just the one we were “prequalified” for. Made a 1 1/2 hour drive for nothing!

They where very helpful and honest from the salesman carlos threw the whole process very good people there at that dealership we definitely be back there and will tell everyone I know take your business there bc there was no games and added stuff at the end of the price and from the top down there everyone treats you with respect and will talk to you and answer any questions you have there is no cold shoulder treatment there a very good dealership and carlos is great to deal with very respectful and helpful !!!

The experience I had with this dealer was amazing, I received a call within minutes of me submitting my info online and the sales person that I spoke with was very professional and upfront about the problems that the truck which was expected at the price point. I am very satisfied with how the whole interaction went and would love to do business with them if possible.
