The dealers was very helpful at the beginning of our negotiation, we almost reached a deal but when the mansger knew that we have our bank preaproval as asked one day to consult his boss he didn’t call back or his sales man till four days ..and it was his sales man . We didn’t like his attitude .

They were quick to respond. I didn’t purchase from them only because they didn’t have the color I was looking for. Seemed easy to work with.

I found a vehicle on their website that I was interested in. I called to schedule an appointment to come look at it fully prepared to make a purchase. I told them I was driving over an hour and half to see it. They said they would have it ready for me. When I got there not only was it not ready for me it hadn’t even been cleaned or inspected after the last owner. It was not ready to be sold. They had us wait another hour so they could get it pulled out offered us water while we waited and then never brought it to us. Then offered me an insultingly low amount for my trade in. Overall an extremely bad experience.
