Ford dealerships near me (Augusta, ME)

Helpful in emails and on phone. VERY disappointed to drive over one hour to find different vehicle than one shown on CarGurus. Also trade in on current vehicle was provided by sales manager in email and then not honored upon arrival at dealership.

I was very unimpressed with the customer service. Working online with the two different people worked amazing. When I showed up the two people I had worked with online did not work in office. Even know I had let them know I would be in and at what time the people at the office didn’t know why I was there. I told them what I was there to look at. The first Jeep that was pulled up was the incorrect one when I mentioned it he said nope this is it. The first one also had a knock in the engine he said well it has a sticker. I pulled it up and he went and got the correct Jeep when I drove it it was okay but looked underneath and it was all rust when I mentioned it to the sales guy he just Shrugged and said yeah. Uncool! I walked over to another Jeep when I found out it was a 2018 I knew it was out of my price range and I told him I didn’t want to drive one I knew I couldn’t get. He said he could work the numbers to get me close to it. The original Jeep was $18500 and this one was $30500!
