After inquiring about the truck I received a quick response from a staff member named Aaron, who quickly got me the information I needed,and was very helpful. I was looking forward to heading to New Prague and looking at the truck. Moments later, I was contacted by one of his coworkers (who I wish I could remember the name), who told me Aaron had got ahead of himself and the vehicle had just recently arrived. It has an electrical recall , so I could not legally even take it for a test drive. Then, told me as soon as the recall situation had been corrected , he would get in touch with me right away. Just saw yesterday on my app the vehicle had been sold. Crummy, he'd attempt to throw a coworker under the bus for whatever side deal he was hoping to close.

The sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing although he put on a really good act like he knew what he was talking about but I knew way more than he did. He was showing me features that come standard on any vehicle like it was something new and great. The vehicle I was interested in took a negative dive when I saw the Ford F150 had a fifth wheel in the bed prior than all the dirt and mud and 3 inches of sand built up underneath then when I popped the hood, there was clear indication that mice had been inside chewing on parts. There was even mouse hair. These are all things that could’ve been taken care of, especially the dirt and mud and the engine parts replaced.
