They seemed uninterested when I got there. I took the car on a test drive and then to a mechanic to get it checked out. Car was complete garbage and had the most noticeable and ludicrous amount of rust under it. When I got back both people working had left and locked the door. When I called them they said they would be back in 10 minutes so I waited. Then when no one showed up I just said screw it and left, to then be called back 40 MINUTES LATER, and asked what I thought of the car.

If I could rate a 10+, I would. Communication exceeded my expectations. Took my anxiety out of buying the truck regarding transport (I live 1700+ miles from the dealership). Bought a lot of cars in my day. This was the easiest dealing with everything involved.

Weird AI hybrid system, didn't feel like the dealer had any interest in selling the vehicle. I purchased a different Jeep. Granted they are a Chevy dealer.

At this stage, I have not yet visited the dealership; however, I did have a phone conversation with a sales representative. Based on that discussion, it appeared that there are no guarantees regarding the vehicle’s performance, and any issues that may arise would be the sole responsibility of the buyer. This raised some concerns for me, as it gave the impression that the focus may be more on completing the sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction and transparency.

State Street Motor was trying to cover up an accident that occurred with this vehicle. I only found this out after having a pre purchase inspection performed on this vehicle by an independent mechanic.

Gladdis was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I didn’t end up buying the vehicle, but I had a good experience.
