Weird AI hybrid system, didn't feel like the dealer had any interest in selling the vehicle. I purchased a different Jeep. Granted they are a Chevy dealer.

They seemed uninterested when I got there. I took the car on a test drive and then to a mechanic to get it checked out. Car was complete garbage and had the most noticeable and ludicrous amount of rust under it. When I got back both people working had left and locked the door. When I called them they said they would be back in 10 minutes so I waited. Then when no one showed up I just said screw it and left, to then be called back 40 MINUTES LATER, and asked what I thought of the car.

State Street Motor was trying to cover up an accident that occurred with this vehicle. I only found this out after having a pre purchase inspection performed on this vehicle by an independent mechanic.

I can’t rate this dealership with 0 starts because it’s what they deserve about my experience. This dealership don’t have transparency in the price. I was going to purchase the truck and when I saw the paperwork they add warranties like a fees. Warranties that you don’t wanted and are optional in any dealership. I was forced to buy all the warranties if I want to purchase the truck. I dropped the deal.
