We drove two hours to see a 2023 Colorado Z71 after discussing pricing with a salesperson, Luis, who initially implied there was some room to negotiate. Five minutes before our appointment, we were told the truck wasn't available because it had been loaned out, forcing us to change our plans and return the next day. When we arrived, the truck had nearly 2,000 more miles than advertised and was being used as a shop/loaner vehicle, putting it outside the factory warranty. Despite all of this, there was no willingness to negotiate, and management didn't even come out to speak with us. The entire experience felt like a waste of time. Fortunately, we found a newer truck with fewer miles elsewhere less than a week later. Would not recommend.

The salesman will Lie to you telling you,you are approved when you are not, and then he will say anything to you so you would Leave and then you would never hear from him again Bad experience.

Staff was excellent! Wife and I got there and was greeted promptly by Chris. Took a test drive of the truck was well informed about it and all the features. At no time did we feel rushed or lost in the process. Took a few hours to get all of the process done with trade in and paperwork as I expected it would. Left in my brand new truck very happy.

My experience was spot on from the time me and my father in law arrived waited very little time talking about the truck and my trade in. Jordan was extremely helpful in explaining everything we were looking at on the truck before the test drive. I would recommend her to anyone to deal with actually already referred 2 people to deal with her when they are ready for a trade in. The finance lady was very explanititory one the price and payment and made the process as painless as possible. I was happy with what I got for my trade in and even got another 1000 dollars knocked off the price of the truck I was dealing on. My overall experience was great and the workers were extremely nice. Glad I traveled 2 hours to make the deal on my gmc truck.
