This dealership confirmed this car was available and when I arrived, they said it was sold 5 mins earlier. Really??!! I’m glad I didn’t drive too far out of my way for nothing.

Elias was just ok. In communication probably buying the car when asked about the brake pad thickness I was told he didn't know and made no attempt to find out-- just that if it wasn't fixed when they took it in- it didn't need it. I never really was told what the out the door price was going to be or if there were any discounts applied. I am grateful the sales manager was able to push my first payment out 2 months and that I had a full tank of gas and a detail before I picked it up. I also was grateful that they included Gap coverage in my loan. On the way home the little oil level light came on and I had to stop at AutoZone and add a quart of oil to the car. I told Elias via text message that evening and never got a response back after the sale. Because Elias didn't know (and I wasn't given any service paperwork outside of the Carfax) I took the vehicle to my local Subaru dealership and had them look at it. Thank the Lord it checked out fine. Most of the appreciation goes to the mgr.
