I had a wonderful experience at Ripley & Fletcher. I scheduled a test drive with Liz, Randy was the salesman that took me out on the road and answered questions, and made me feel welcome. Joe and I went back and forth on pricing and we came to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Tracy worked with me on financing options. I did panic when it came down to the actual purchase and left with buying, I never once felt pressured, everyone was so incredibly nice. I took some time and ended up purchasing the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier. Very grateful for everyone’s kindness and professionalism. They have a great team at Ripley and Fletcher. I would have appreciated the dealer getting back to me sooner than he did. I was deciding on a number of different cars and did not hear back from him for 3-4 days.

Salesman was very responsive but not to the point where he was pushy. He listened to my needs and offered a few options and followed up with me but never gave me the hard sell
