The moment I went inside your dealer, I felt like I was a ghost. I had to ask for help to more than three different people. I don't even know who was the sales person. Wanted to test drive the Toyota Camry 2014, was never offered the opportunity to test drive it. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I was still not offered to see other vehicles. No professional help with regards to communication and no customer experience to assist me in buying a vehicle. Very poor customer service. Will never visit nor recommend anyone to this CarVision Dealer at Trooper, PA. No Car Vision at all. You need to change the name of your dealership.

I test drive 2 cars and both drove great! I know a little about cars and I could tell they service the cars here. Ed was extremely helpful answering my question. Was never pressured. I highly recommend this establishment.

After initial test drive , there was an issue with the car which was taken care of and because we lived 2 plus hours away, Dylan our salesman delivered the car to our house. Dylan was great. Did most of paperwork on line easy and quick. My wife loves the Kia .
