Diplomat Motors was initially very responsive. There was some confusion as the Carfax they sent me did not match the car I was purchasing. Once sorted out, everything went smooth. Financing was easy. After purchase their communication was very poor as I was waiting for the car to be delivered. It's been over two weeks since I purchased the vehicle and I still do not have an estimated delivery date. I would recommend having the delivery date put into the purchase agreement when buying online.
