This is one of my greatest experiences purchasing a new vehicle. Mark Yacobucci reached out to me as I was looking online at a vehicle and at first I must say I thought it was a scamer 😆 LOL I called the company and for sure just says the stand up guy that I read online about him he is such more than that he sent me a picture of his card as well as the comfort of Not only was he a real person but an honorable one at that I traveled 2 hours to go see the vehicle and I must say it was a travel more than well worth it he was very professional on the phone but even more say when in person made me feel welcome and not just that like another number of a sales pitch. But more warm personal and took all the time that I needed to make me feel comfortable and the purchase that I was willing to buy I must say to anyone that is visiting their website at Mount Rose Ford whatever you do you must reach out to the salesman Mark Yacobucci first desk on the left as you enter into the business.

I ended up going local and got a better deal and jeep they never played with me and lied to me like Sampson sales manager! He sold it out under me meanwhile it’s still says it for sale on here and there AI Stella says it’s still for sale it’s horrible that the jeep community from another state can’t even try to make a good deal in Ohio for a jeep stick To PA people be aware they have no clue what’s good and not spare on back does t even match tire nor rim like what ! Wasn’t even willing to put one on for additional cost so needless to say they will never get my business nor anyone in the jeep community I come into contact with !!!

I ended up not moving forward because I couldn’t get my finances right to buy the car I wanted, but I still want to give credit where it’s due. The dealership was extremely responsive and communicative, and they genuinely tried to help make an out-of-state deal smooth. They were transparent, answered all my questions, and shared plenty of photos and details of the CTS-V. Overall, great experience even though I didn’t purchase.

Looking into it

Went to the dealership at my scheduled appointment. Walked in and no one was available to greet me. I waited a few minutes and still no one. I didn't see the car on the premise. I had called earlier and was told to call again before I left to go to the dealership as the car was at the oil change place. I did but no one was available to answer the phone. So I went anyway. Above is what I experienced.
