Overall it was a good experience.

The staff was friendly enough, but the process literally took all day long. The vehicle was said to have been detailed inside and out but it had old cereal/ snack crumbs in and under the back seats. The salesperson did an okay job with getting my trade in vehicle sold for more than he trade in value so I don’t have to drive it back home and sell it out right. The buying experience was mid at best. 5 out of 10.

I had seen the jeep online and went to look at it. The frame actually had holes in it underneath. I took pictures. Unless it was marked as is somewhere that I didn't see it. But it wasnt mentioned in cargurus page.

My experience was spot on from the time me and my father in law arrived waited very little time talking about the truck and my trade in. Jordan was extremely helpful in explaining everything we were looking at on the truck before the test drive. I would recommend her to anyone to deal with actually already referred 2 people to deal with her when they are ready for a trade in. The finance lady was very explanititory one the price and payment and made the process as painless as possible. I was happy with what I got for my trade in and even got another 1000 dollars knocked off the price of the truck I was dealing on. My overall experience was great and the workers were extremely nice. Glad I traveled 2 hours to make the deal on my gmc truck.
