I tried to communicate with salesman Michael McCoy Perez several times by emails about the exterior condition of the car (paint scratches/door dings etc.) but he never answered any of my emails. So I gave up pursuing the purchase.

Everything was first class; great salesman, attentive, answered questions to the extent he could, provided a carmax without asking, accompanied me on a test drive, sales manager called n would have been a bit flexible on the price. Ultimately,I decided the Honda EX was just not the model and trim that I want.

We made a deal verbally. They took my information, ran credit check, and said they will send paperwork by Docusign. Paperwork never came and sold to another customer

The never contacted me I reached out and was told I would be contacted and never heard from them I ended up buying elsewhere

The.car picture and the actual condition doesn’t match . They only want to sell put customers in risk.

Although the vehicle I was interested in was sold before I could purchase it, Sulaimon was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate his help and would definitely recommend working with him.
