Santa Monica Maserati dealership is greedy. No matter which vehicle, used or new, the lease will be $900. Even after you tell them you’re putting 5k down on a used 23 DEMO with 296 hp. Numbers NEVER change. I called in to ask about another vehicle and to run some numbers, Johnny stated they “don’t do that over the phone because its unprofessional” and told me to come in and hung up on me. Odd, you most certainly can run numbers, you have many times before. Does that mean your manager is ‘unprofessional’? Very odd behavior, huge red flag, do not trust a dealer who cannot give you numbers over the phone. Another thing- I was calling to ask about another vehicle because they raised the price by 8k on a used older model at the same time we were inquiring so I’m not sure how they stay in business with these tactics. Also, they need to work on their customer service skills, they get very snappy. Don’t tell them maserati loses its value/ depreciates VERY quickly, they raise it out of spite.
