This is my exact experience, completely honest in how it went down. I see this car listed on cargurus, I contact the dealership by phone ar 10:36 am on 9/24/25. I get in contact with a salesman, really wish I would have written their names down but unfortunately I didn't. I ask the salesmen if the vehicle is still available. He says, yes it is! And asked me what time i would like to come see it. I inform him that I work until 2pm and it would take me about an hour and a half to get there. Say's no problem, we'll have it ready for you to come see. 2 pm I called again before i made the 1.5 hour trip to verify that the car was still available. Salesman says, yeah we got it here waiting for you come on in. I say okay, be there in around 3:30. Salesman says, great! It will be here! I get there and I'm greeted with a handshake and a oh sorry we just sold it. Then they proceed to try and show me a clapped out rusted CRV and a pos Chrysler 200. Very unprofessional, bad internal communication.

Kelly Nissan was awesome! They made the whole buying experience quick and easy. I got the payment I wanted on the car I wanted.

The vehicles they are listing are not available when you schedule an appointment for a test drive so call and speak to someone before you go‼️
