Horrible communication nobody is talking to me

I'm sure they're are a good company. But, I never was contacted in regards to the truck!

The communication was fabulous! We were purchasing from out-of-state and they did a great job taking the time with FaceTime audio showing us the entire car inside and out and just very kind and helpful answering all our questions not being able to see car prior to a purchase as it was a delivery. If you were planning on buying a car from them, I believe you are in good hands with true honest people!!

The positives were the quick response time and the fact that they provided the information I requested, including a video of the truck and the transportation costs for shipping the vehicle out of state.Areas for improvement included their requirement that I finance the vehicle rather than pay cash. They claimed financing made an out‑of‑state transaction easier, but that didn’t make sense to me since I was willing to pay in full upfront. The pricing also wasn’t competitive compared to recent sales—about 10% higher—and they repeatedly gave me a generic response saying they are a high‑volume dealer that offers the best prices upfront. They also couldn’t reduce transportation costs due to their sales volume. Although the vehicle itself seemed like a perfect fit, I ultimately decided to pass because of the total cost. It would have ended up around $40,000 for a four‑year‑old truck with 34,000 miles, when I could purchase a similar one brand‑new for about $48,000.

Alex, the sales guy was great. He even picked me up at the airport and saved me an uber ride. I had a little issue getting the title to the vehicle, but the dealership overnighted it to me. Overall experience with Rodland Toyota was exceptional!

I was contacted, they informed me that the car was sold. They encouraged me to check out other vehicles.
