From start to finish my experience with City Volkswagen Of Evanston was Top Notch, I had the pleasure of working the Sales Associate Gilbert he was extremely thorough and welcoming with everything I was in need of to have me drive off the lot in my new Cross Sport, from the Porter to the Finance Manager the entire team’s Customer Service was excellent.

Thomas was absolutely the best to work with. Ended up buying from out of state and his response to my questions and text were prompt. Communication was great through the whole process. Awaiting for my car to be delivered tonight…. I’ll update if there are any issues but I believe it left their lot at the condition the pictures show

Not happy at all with this dealership. The salespersons gave me the impression of being poorly informed & and or simply unwilling to be helpful to the perspective customers. I had the feeling that they are not interested at all to have my business !

Zoran went above and beyond what he needed to do. I can't say enough how great Northshore is.

Staff was very friendly. However, sales associates did not understand how functional damage affects value. I feel bad for the person who bought this car and paid full market value.
