Dealerships near me (Estero, FL)

The dealership never responded to me. My husband and I went to the dealership with cash in hand. Upon walking onto the lot we saw the vehicle and were looking at it we were promptly told from someone walking up behind us that the vehicle was sold. With that the male continued by saying “the vehicle sold an hour again. A man paid cash for it.” Never once did he introduce hisself or ask us if we would be interested in any other vehicle. My husband and I turned around and left. Very unprofessional!!!!

Purchased a 2023 Yukon from Coconut Point Honda in Estero on May 7th. Discovered serious transmission issues on the drive home requiring $4,450 in repairs. Despite buying a powertrain warranty, I learned it doesn't activate for 45 days. The dealership refused to help, citing "as is" sale terms, and pretty much saying this was my problem since I didn’t catch the issue in my 5 minute test drive. Their inspection process clearly missed major problems. If shopping here, get an independent inspection first or consider other dealerships. Their unwillingness to stand behind their vehicles just days after purchase is disappointing.
