Instead of them fixing the front of the car they sat it up to the point that it didn’t look broken, when I drove home that’s when my boyfriend and grandfather noticed it was missing and when they looked under the car it was sitting in it, which is deceiving, also when they took my car in the back to get cleaned they stole my mat that was in the trunk and when I reached out to the sale representative she told my boyfriend she was going to checked and never reply to our messages, please double check before pulling off, if you have to see them jack the car up ask them to watch because whatever happens in the back you wouldn’t know and they will blame you.
